Training records
Subregulation 1
An AOC holder must maintain accurate records of all required training undertaken by every person who is a member of its operations personnel, including all crew members and all of the instructors who provided such training.
Subregulation 2
The approved training programme must include specimen forms for recording any training undertaken.
Subregulation 3
The training records maintained in accordance with paragraph (1) must include —
the date that the training was carried out;
the details of the training conducted;
the name and qualifications of the instructor responsible for carrying out the training; and
the date and particulars of any decision to suspend or stop training a crew member.
Subregulation 4
An AOC holder must maintain the training records for every person who is currently being assigned duty as a crew member in accordance with the Sixth Schedule to the Air Navigation (91 — General Operating Rules) Regulations 2018.
