Regulation 55
Manipulation of controls
An AOC holder must ensure that only the following persons are permitted to manipulate the flight controls of a large aeroplane that is in flight for any purpose:
(a)
a flight crew member qualified in accordance with Division 10 and authorised by the AOC holder;
(b)
an authorised representative of the Authority —
(i)
who has the permission of the AOC holder and the pilot‑in‑command; and
(ii)
who is performing a duty for which the representative was authorised by the Authority.
