Loading of aircraft
Subregulation 1
An AOC holder must ensure that a large aeroplane is only loaded —
under the supervision of a person who is qualified in loading operations; and
in accordance with the loading instructions.
Subregulation 2
An AOC holder must prepare the loading instructions to ensure that —
the load is safely carried on the large aeroplane for the flight; and
any condition relating to the loading of the aeroplane, as may be specified in the Certificate of Airworthiness or flight manual for the aeroplane, is complied with.
Subregulation 3
In this regulation, “loading instructions” means written instructions in respect of the distribution and securing of the load on an aeroplane.
