Regulation 74
Runway surface conditions
For every flight of a large aeroplane, the AOC holder must ensure that —
(a)
all performance calculations take into account runway surface conditions; and
(b)
before a runway is used for take‑off, the surface conditions of the runway would allow the aeroplane to take off safely.
