Survival equipment
Subregulation 1
Before the commencement of any flight of a relevant aircraft, the AOC holder must ensure that the aircraft carries survival equipment and signalling devices appropriate to the areas to be overflown and to the circumstances of the flight.
Subregulation 2
The equipment carried on a relevant aircraft for compliance with paragraph (1) may include, as appropriate, the equipment specified in regulation 106 and in the Third Schedule.
