PED as in-flight entertainment
Subregulation 1
An AOC holder must not provide a portable electronic device as part of the AOC holder’s in‑flight entertainment or other service on a relevant aircraft except in accordance with an approval from the Director‑General of Civil Aviation.
Subregulation 2
Regulation 10(3), (5) and (6) applies to any portable electronic device provided in accordance with paragraph (1).
