Dangerous goods training
Subregulation 1
An AOC holder must establish and maintain introduction and recurrent dangerous goods training programme that is approved by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation.
Subregulation 2
The dangerous goods training programme mentioned in paragraph (1) is for every person that may be assigned duty as a crew member, or a member of an AOC holder’s operations personnel, for a flight of a relevant aircraft, in accordance with the relevant Annexes to the Chicago Convention and the ICAO TI.
