Fuel and oil records
Subregulation 1
An AOC holder must maintain fuel records to enable the Director‑General of Civil Aviation to ascertain that —
(a)
for every flight of a small aeroplane, regulations 46 and 49 are complied with;
(b)
for every flight of a helicopter, regulation 47 is complied with.
Subregulation 2
An AOC holder must maintain oil records to enable the Director‑General of Civil Aviation to ascertain that the trend for oil consumption by every relevant aircraft is such that the aircraft has sufficient oil to complete every flight.
