Meteorological information
Subregulation 1
An AOC holder must plan, operate, and control every flight of a relevant aircraft using meteorological information provided for aviation purposes.
Subregulation 2
An AOC holder must assess that every source of meteorological information mentioned in paragraph (1) is accurate and reliable.
Subregulation 3
An AOC holder must ensure that the use of the meteorological information mentioned in paragraph (1) is appropriate for the purpose of the flight.
