Regulation 67
Loading of aircraft
Subregulation 1
An AOC holder must ensure that a relevant aircraft is only loaded —
(a)
under the supervision of a person who is qualified in loading operations; and
(b)
in accordance with the loading instructions.
Subregulation 2
An AOC holder must prepare the loading instructions to ensure that —
(a)
the load is safely carried on the flight; and
(b)
the conditions relating to the loading of an aircraft that as specified in the Certificate of Airworthiness, or the aircraft’s flight manual, are complied with.
Subregulation 3
In this regulation, “loading instructions” means written instructions in respect of the distribution and securing of the load on an aircraft.
