Performance data
An AOC holder must ensure that the performance data for a relevant aircraft —
(a)
is contained in the aircraft’s flight manual or, where provided by the aircraft manufacturer or other source, an equivalent document; and
(b)
is available to every person who is a flight crew member, or who is responsible for flight planning or aircraft dispatch.
