Regulation 2

Authorised unit trust schemes

The following funds are hereby declared as authorised unit trust schemes for the purposes of the Act:

(a)

Commerzbank Global Funds;

(b)

Commerzbank Global Finance Index Fund;

(c)

Commerzbank Global Lifestyle Index Fund;

(d)

Commerzbank Global Healthcare Index Fund;

(e)

Commerzbank Global Telecommunication Index Fund;

(f)

Commerzbank Global Infotechnology Index Fund;

(g)

Commerzbank Global Enerygy and Resources Index Fund;

(h)

Commerzbank Global Travel and Transportation Index Fund; and

(i)

Commerzbank Singapore Bond Fund.
