Exemption
The following newspapers are exempted from section 16 of the Act (permit required for sale and distribution in Singapore of offshore newspapers), with effect from the dates shown against them:(1)Philippines Times Journal—27th September 1991 [S 420/91](2)China Daily—1st December 1991 (3)People’s Journal (International Edition)—1st December 1991[S 578/91](4)Economic and Business Review Indonesia—23rd October 1992 (5)China Times Weekly—23rd October 1992[S 438/92]
