Regulation 11

Without limiting regulation 2(5), the approval for the use of any place as an approved institution and the authorisation to carry out treatment to terminate pregnancy may be cancelled if any authorised medical practitioner contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of regulation 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10 and any condition specified under regulation 3(3).
