Duration and renewal of registration of controlled goods
Subregulation 1
The registration of any controlled goods shall be valid for a period of 3 years or the period of validity of the certificate of conformity of the controlled goods, whichever is the less, and may be renewed.
Subregulation 2
The registration of any controlled goods may be renewed subject to such terms and conditions as the Safety Authority may impose.
Subregulation 3
Unless the Safety Authority otherwise allows, an application for renewal of registration of any controlled goods shall be made before the registration of the controlled goods expires.
