Regulation 32

Registers maintained by Controller

The Controller shall maintain, in such form and comprising such information as he thinks fit, registers in respect of the following:

(a)

weighing and measuring instruments granted pattern approval under section 8 of the Act;

(b)

weighing and measuring instruments affixed with a stamp and Accuracy Label;

(c)

Authorised Verifiers; and

(d)

Registered Suppliers.
