Modification of rule 6 of Co-operative Societies Rules 2009
Rule 6(1) of the Co‑operative Societies Rules 2009 (G.N. No. S 349/2009) shall, in its application to the Singapore National Co‑operative Federation Limited, be modified to the extent that the Singapore National Co‑operative Federation Limited shall change its auditor at least once every 6 years, either to another auditor from the same auditing firm or company or to another auditor from a different auditing firm or company.
