Regulation 4
Service by broadcast over radio or television and radio-communications pager
Subregulation 1
When a notice of requisition is served pursuant to section 41(3)(a) of the Act, it may be so served by broadcasting over radio and television any code or codes in words, figures or symbols as may be determined by the competent authority.
Subregulation 2
When a notice of requisition is served pursuant to section 41(3)(e) of the Act, it may be so served by transmitting over a radio-communications pager any code or codes in words, figures or symbols as may be determined by the competent authority.
