Progress reports
Subregulation 1
Progress reports, in Form 3 set out in the Schedule, shall be rendered in respect of every board convened by the convening authority.
Subregulation 2
Such progress reports shall be rendered on the occurrence being inquired into, 6 weeks after the occurrence has been reported and at monthly intervals thereafter.
Subregulation 3
The report shall be initiated by the board and forwarded to the convening authority.
