The following offences may be compounded by the Director-General in accordance with section 104(1) of the Act:

(a)

any offence under —

(i)

section 6(3), 9(1), 10, 11(2), 13(4), 19(2), 23(6), 26, 27, 28, 47, 48(1), 49(1), 52, 53, 54(2), 56, 57(1), 58(2), 59(4), 60(2) or (3), 61, 62(2A) or 101, read with section 85(1), of the Act;

(ii)

section 6(1) or (2), 7(2), 8(2), 9(2), 11(1), 12(2), 14, 16(2), 23(7), 25, 31(7), 49(3) or (5), 50, 55, 58(1), 59(1) or (3), 60(1), 62(2) or (3), 67, 69(1) or (2), 70, 72(1), 73(1), 75(1), 82 or 99(12), read with section 103, of the Act; (iii)section 12(1), 13(3), 17(3) or (6), 18, 19(1) or (4), 30A(2), 31(8), 58(5), 61A(5), 62A(5), 62B(3), 62C(6), 62D(5), 63(2), 64(6), 65(5), 66A(7), 66B(6), 66C(5), 73(4), 76(2), 86(3), 88A or 99(7) of the Act; and (iv)section 31DB(1) or (2), read with section 31DB(4), of the Act;

(v)

(ea)any offence under the Environmental Public Health (Registrable Aerosol-generating Systems) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 646/2021);

(f)

any offence under the Environmental Public Health (Cemeteries) Regulations (Rg 9);

(g)

any offence under the Environmental Public Health (Licensable Aquatic Facilities) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 644/2021);

(ga)any offence (other than a continuing offence) under —

(i)

regulation 41 of the Environmental Public Health (Toxic Industrial Waste) Regulations (Rg 11) for contravening regulation 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13(4), 15, 16, 17, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, 38(1) or 39(2) of those Regulations; and

(ii)

section 85(1) of the Act in relation to a notice given under regulation 38(2) or 39(1) of the Environmental Public Health (Toxic Industrial Waste) Regulations;

(h)

any offence (other than a continuing offence) under the Environmental Public Health (General Waste Collection) Regulations (Rg 12);

(i)

any offence (other than a continuing offence) under regulation 14 of the Environmental Public Health (General Waste Disposal Facility) Regulations 2017 (G.N. No. S 380/2017) for contravening regulation 3A(1), (2) or (3), 5(1), 6(1) or (2), 7(1), (3) or (4), 8(1), 9(1) or (2), 10(1), (2), (3) or (5) or 13(1) or (2) of those Regulations;

(j)

any offence under the Environmental Public Health (Specified Premises) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 533/2021);

(k)

any offence under the Environmental Public Health (Specified Construction Sites) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 727/2021).
