Regulation 2
Designation of specified premises for which Environmental Control Officer must be appointed
Subregulation 1
Every premises specified in the first column of the Schedule is, with effect from and including the corresponding date specified in the third column of that Schedule, designated under section 62A(2) of the Act as specified premises.
Subregulation 2
An Environmental Control Officer must be appointed for any specified premises described in the Schedule.
