Regulation 3
Application for grant or renewal of aquatic facility licence

An application for the grant or renewal of an aquatic facility licence must —
(a)
be made to the Director‑General in the form and manner that the Director‑General requires; (b)be accompanied by the information and documents that the Director‑General requires; and (c)[Deleted by S 135/2026 wef 01/04/2026](d)in the case of an application for the renewal of an aquatic facility licence, be made before the expiry of the aquatic facility licence.
