Notification of change in particulars
Subregulation 1
The aquatic facility licensee for a licensable aquatic facility must notify the Director-General, in the form and manner that the Director-General requires, within 30 days after any of the following occurs:
there is a change in the name or contact details of the aquatic facility licensee;
there is a change in the address of the premises in or on which the licensable aquatic facility is located;
the aquatic facility licensee ceases to be the owner or occupier (as the case may be) of the premises in or on which the licensable aquatic facility is located.
Subregulation 2
A person that contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction —
for a first offence, to a fine not exceeding $5,000; and
for a second or subsequent offence, to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
