Regulation 12
Area of land stated in any instrument or plan to be expressed in square metres
Subregulation 1
The area of land stated in any instrument and the plan (if any) annexed thereto which are presented for registration shall be expressed in square metres.
Subregulation 2
The calculation of any such area shall be rounded off to the nearest one-tenth of a square metre.
