Regulation 30

Memorandum of mortgages

The Registrar may refuse to accept for registration any instrument of mortgage which —

(a)

exceeds 10 sheets; and

(b)

sets out in full the terms and conditions which, in the opinion of the Registrar, are or could be set out in a Memorandum of Mortgage filed with the Registrar of Titles.
