Use of lead pencil
Subregulation 1
No person shall use in the Registry any ink or other writing fluid or indelible pencil.
Subregulation 2
Copies of, or extracts from, any document shall be made with lead pencil only.
Subregulation 3
Any person who fails to comply with paragraph (1) or (2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
