Regulation 101

A Survey Committee, which shall include a representative of the Finance Department, shall be appointed by the secretary for the purpose of reporting on unserviceable stores, equipment and vehicles, etc., on the application of a Head of Department.

The Survey Committee shall report to the chairman, who may take such action and give such directions as he sees fit.

A copy of the survey report shall be sent to the auditor.
