Security to be furnished
Subregulation 1
Officers entrusted with the receipt, custody, disbursements or charge of a Town Council’s moneys or property may be required to provide security for the faithful discharge of their duty.
Subregulation 2
Where the security referred to in paragraph (1) is by means of fidelity insurance, the Town Council shall pay the necessary premiums.
Subregulation 3
In every case of default, the liability of the sureties must be enforced.
