Preservation and disposal of certain records

All account books and records shall be carefully preserved and may only be disposed of in accordance with the Second Schedule.
Subregulation 2
The disposal of records shall not be inconsistent with any directive issued by the Director of National Archives of Singapore, who shall be consulted in cases of doubt.
