Regulation 6

Saving and transitional

Where —

(a)

any late fee that has been imposed by the Town Council under the Town Council of Moulmein-Kallang (Fee for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges) By‑laws 2011; or

(b)

any penalty or administrative fee that has been imposed by the Town Council under the Town Council of Potong Pasir (Penalties and Administrative Fee for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges and Licence Fees) By‑laws,remains unpaid on 31 March 2016, that late fee, penalty or administrative fee remains payable as if it had been imposed by the Town Council under these By‑laws.
