Regulation 4

Application of payment

The Town Council may, in its discretion, apply any moneys paid by any tenant or owner under these By-laws ––

(a)

first towards the payment of the amount of any penalty payable under these By-laws; and

(b)

if any balance remains, towards the payment of any amount of conservancy and service charge (or any part of it) which is in arrears.
