Fees

Subregulation 1
The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule are payable to the Authority for the services provided by the Authority specified opposite in the first column of the Schedule.
Subregulation 2
The Authority may, if it thinks fit, remit or refund any fee or part of any fee specified in the Schedule.

Where GST is chargeable on any supply of services provided by the Authority specified in the first column of the Schedule, GST is calculated based on the rate in force at the time the services are supplied.
