Regulation 11
Exemption in certain circumstances
For the purposes of section 6(5) of the Act, the ships exempted from the operation of section 6(1) of the Act shall be such ships as are exempted from the prohibition of the discharge into the sea of sewage in accordance with the provisions of Annex IV.
