Regulation 12A
Temporary partial waiver for certain fees

In respect of the fees specified in the following items of the Third Schedule, an amount equivalent to 9% of each fee (exclusive of GST) is waived for the period between 1 October 2024 and 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive):
(a)
item 1(a)(ii) and (iv), (b)(ii) and (iv) and (c)(ii) and (iv);
(b)
item 2(a)(ii), (b)(ii) and (c)(ii);
(c)
item 4(b);
(d)
item 6(b).
