Regulation 5

The Registrar is to act as secretary of the Board.

Minutes of every meeting of the Board must be taken and kept by the Registrar and must be duly entered in a book provided for the purpose.

A draft of the minutes of a meeting of the Board must be circulated to the members together with the notice of the meeting at which the draft is to be submitted for confirmation.

Minutes of the proceedings of any meeting, if purporting to be signed by the chairperson of the meeting at which the minutes were confirmed, are to be evidence of the facts stated therein; and the meeting to which any such minutes relate is, unless the contrary is proved, deemed to have been regularly convened and constituted.
