Regulation 8

Instruments in the paper form with the corresponding electronic form lodged under rule 7 shall be delivered to the Land Titles Registry not later than 1 p.m. on the next working day of the Land Titles Registry after the lodgment of the corresponding electronic form, or by such other times as the Registrar may direct.
