Regulation 6

Exemption for exhibitor from section 12A of Act

Section 12A of the Act does not apply to prohibit an exhibitor from displaying tobacco products if, and only if —

(a)

the tobacco products are displayed, during the exhibition period, within the booth or booths allocated to that exhibitor at the exhibition venue, and nowhere else, for the purposes of the 2025 exhibition; and

(b)

the common conditions in paragraph 10 are satisfied.
