Transitional provision as to practising certificates
Subregulation 1
Notwithstanding rule 9(3), an application for a practising certificate for the practice year ending 31st March 2002 may be made at any time before that date.
Subregulation 2
Notwithstanding rule 10, a practising certificate referred to in paragraph (1) shall be taken to be in force from the date of its issue.
