The Authority assigns an account to access and use the electronic service system to each person with a Singpass credential or a Corppass credential.
Subregulation 2

A person (being an individual) may use his or her Singpass credential as an authentication code to access and use the electronic service system —
(a)
with his or her account; or
(b)
on behalf of an entity with the entity’s account, if the entity has so authorised the person.
Subregulation 3
The Authority may, on application by a person in such manner as the Authority may require, assign the person one or more LTA‑assigned authentication codes.
