Regulation 22

Meddling with plant and equipment

No person shall improperly touch, use, meddle, damage or otherwise interfere with —

(a)

any mechanical or electrical equipment or installation in or upon the railway premises, or any switch, lever or other device operating or controlling any such equipment; or

(b)

any locomotive, train, carriage, or any vehicle or equipment thereon used or employed in or upon, or in connection with the railway.
