Regulation 2
Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railway known as Circle Line for Paya Lebar MRT Station, enter upon the railway area in the lands described in the First Schedule and exercise such rights as are described in the Second Schedule in, under or over the railway area in those lands.
