Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railways known as the East‑West Line and Circle Line intersecting at Buona Vista MRT Station, enter upon the railway areas in the land described as MK 03 Lot 04761A pt (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the area of the specified land.
