Regulation 2
Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railway known as Circle Line from Old Airport Road to Bartley Road, enter upon the railway areas in the lands specified in the First Schedule and exercise such rights as are described in the Second Schedule in, under or over those area of those land.
