Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railway known as the Bukit Panjang LRT Line for Bukit Panjang LRT Station, enter upon the railway areas in the land described as MK 14 Lot 01665M pt (called in this Notification the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the area of the specified land.
