Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railway, enter upon the railway areas in the land described as MK23 Lot 06270K pt (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the area of land.
