Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railway known as the East-West Line for Tanjong Pagar MRT Station, enter upon the railway areas in the land described as TS 02 Lot 00298K pt (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the area of the specified land.
