Fees

Subregulation 1
The fees specified in the Second Schedule are payable to the Authority in respect of the matters specified in that Schedule.
Subregulation 2
The Authority may, in any particular case or class of cases, reduce, waive or refund the whole or part of any fee paid or payable under these Regulations.
