Composition of offences
of Street Works (Composition of Offences) Regulations

The following offences may be compounded by the Authority in accordance with section 52(1) of the Act:
(a)
any offence under section 32A(2) or (4B) of the Act;
(aa)section 32A(4)(a) of the Act as in force on 1 January 2019;
(b)
any offence under regulation 32 of the Street Works (Works on Public Streets) Regulations (Rg 2) in connection with any contravention of regulation 4, 13, 14, 15(1)(a), (b), (c) or (d), 16, 17(b), 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 25 or 31 of those Regulations; and
(c)
any offence under regulation 4(6) of the Street Works (Advertisements on Road Structures, Road Related Facilities and Public Streets) Regulations (Rg 6).
