Powers of Authority
Subregulation 1
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a road structure or road related facility, enter upon the land described as MK 24 Lot 05740K Pt on the plan made available for inspection under paragraph 3 (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the specified land.
Subregulation 2
This Notification shall apply in addition to such rights created under the Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 11) Notification 2008 (G.N. No. S 606/2008).
