Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a road structure or road related facility, enter upon the land described as MK 05 Lot 08422P pt (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the specified land.
